How does it work?
Your annual membership fee will be based on your individual needs, as determined by our dental care team.
Preventive Maintenance (Patients who need standard hygiene appointments)
Preventive maintenance includes 2-4 professional cleanings with our hygienists, 2 comprehensive oral exams (including an oral cancer screening) with Dr. Jeff Olson, 1 set of yearly bitewing X-rays, and 1 emergency exam and X-ray with Dr. Jeff Olson.
Adults
2 visits/year: $406 (Savings of $123)
3 visits/year: $497 (Savings of $144)
4 visits/year: $588 (Savings of $165)
Children (age 12 and under)
For $314, children receive 2 cleanings and exams per year, fluoride treatment, and one set of bitewing X-rays. (Savings of $90)
Periodontal Maintenance (Patients who require more than standard hygiene appointments)
Periodontal maintenance includes 2-4 professional cleanings with our hygienists, 2 comprehensive oral exams (including an oral cancer screening) with Dr. Jeff Olson, 1 set of yearly bitewing X-rays, and 1 emergency exam and X-ray with Dr. Jeff Olson.
Adults
2 visits/year: $457 (Savings of $130)
3 visits/year: $566 (Savings of $162)
4 visits/year: $690 (Savings of $179)
Special Savings on Additional Services
The benefit of enrolling in our in-office savings program is that you are saving on your comprehensive preventive care, and you are eligible for additional savings. When you enroll in our membership program, you will receive a 10% discount on all other dental care services, plus an additional 5% if you can pay with cash or check.
Please remember:
Our membership program cannot be combined with any dental insurance policies. Membership fees must be paid in full before your first appointment. Payment for additional services must be received on the day of service. Discount excludes product purchases. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
